14 days, no questions asked
If WorldStudy Pro is not for you, write to ilnur@klmln.com within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund. Include the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain why.
How the money is returned
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for the money to arrive, depending on your bank.
What happens to Pro after a refund
When a refund or chargeback is completed, Pro access on your profile is switched off automatically. Your guest progress and saved profile are not deleted — only the paid upgrade is removed. Buying Pro again restores it instantly.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a bank dispute — refunds are faster and cheaper for everyone. We may decline future purchases from profiles with abusive chargeback patterns.
